Maintenance of the Website

Training Solutions
J. Stratford Financial Trading provides financial market training solutions in person, via telephone or by electronic or other means. Where an order is placed for a training course or other training solution (including but not limited to seminars, workshops, telephone training sessions or other training), a purchaser may cancel within 7 days of placing the order and receive a full refund provided that the training is not scheduled to begin or take place within the 7-day period. Where applicable, J. Stratford Financial Trading will endeavour to issue refunds as soon as possible but within a maximum of 30 days from the date an e-mail request is received to Finance@JStratford.co.uk.
Where a purchaser wishes to cancel a previously booked training session after the 7-day period has expired, any refund will be at the sole discretion of J. Stratford Financial Trading. In the event of a refund being agreed between J. Stratford Financial Trading and the cancelling purchaser, J. Stratford Financial Trading reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in order to cover administrative and other costs.
Where a purchaser wishes to postpone a previously booked training session (whether such training is to be in person, via telephone or by electronic or other means) and provides adequate prior notice of this fact, J. Stratford Financial Trading shall use reasonable endeavours to accommodate the purchaser, for example by placing them on the next available session of that training course or by rescheduling an individual session for a later date. In the event of any such postponement, J. Stratford Financial Trading reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge an additional fee from the purchaser in order to cover administrative and other costs.
In the provision of training solutions of any kind, J. Stratford Financial Trading shall not in any way be liable for missed or cancelled sessions caused by circumstances outside the control of J. Stratford Financial Trading, including (but not limited to) unavailability of venues, impossibility of obtaining public or other transport, failure of telephone or Internet infrastructure or other technological breakdown, illness, industrial action, war, public disorder or acts of god. In the event of any such extraordinary occurrence causing a missed or cancelled session, J. Stratford Financial Trading shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the registered attendees of said session as soon as reasonably practicable after the cancellation is decided.
J. Stratford Financial Trading and its related entities reserve the right to remove, from any educational course or other session, attendees who fail to comply with its standard practices and procedures. J. Stratford Financial Trading and its related entities also reserve the right to refuse or cancel course or training session bookings, or suggest alternative arrangements, if they believe it will not be in the best interest of themselves, a related entity or affiliate, other participants or the individual concerned to attend an educational course or other training session.
All training solutions are provided by J. Stratford Financial Trading in good faith and all information provided via training solutions or during training sessions does not at any time have to be used or acted upon by you.
